Delete your Rhyme Rhino account and data
Current Android versions do not require Google sign-in. To request deletion of the data associated with your app installation, open Settings → Request account deletion → Request deletion. In versions with the in-app request form, the app authenticates your installation, saves the request on our server and shows a reference. If your app opens this web page instead, email us directly to start the request. Keep this reference. The request does not require a purchase, a Google login or sending us your song content.
You may also email ivan@griffonix.com with the subject Rhyme Rhino account deletion and the reference, including after uninstalling. If you no longer have the app or the reference, contact us anyway: we will explain how to identify and verify relevant records. For an older version that used Google sign-in, tell us that you used that version; we may verify the original email to locate its keyed lookup. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, stories or recordings.
We verify that the request belongs to you before deleting the account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion. This removes account/installation links, temporary generation content and account-linked data. Records needed for accounting, disputes or prevention of repeated allowance resets may be retained only as necessary under applicable law; we explain any retained categories when responding. Provider-held copies and scheduled cleanup follow the Privacy Policy. Local files and exported copies on your devices are not erased remotely: use Settings → Delete all content, or uninstall the app.
Deleting the Rhyme Rhino account does not delete your Google Account and does not cancel a subscription. You can cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation is not a prerequisite to submitting a deletion request.
Report AI-generated content
On Android versions with the reporting menu, use the menu next to your lyrics, or the song menu in Listen, and choose Report content. Select a reason and optionally add a note. Only when you tap Send report does the app send that title, lyrics and note to Griffonix for review. A report does not regenerate or delete your song and does not spend a generation allowance. If reporting fails, retry; repeated delivery of the same report does not create another report. You can also contact ivan@griffonix.com.
Frequently asked questions
What is free and what needs a subscription?
Writing and editing lyrics is free: 10 AI-written lyric versions per calendar month (UTC), plus unlimited manual editing. Turning lyrics into a song requires a subscription (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly or Pro Monthly). The plans and their allowances are listed in the Terms of Use. Unused generations do not roll over.
TestFlight builds use Apple sandbox purchases for testing; they are separate from public App Store purchases.
Where do I subscribe?
Finish your lyrics and tap Create my song. If you do not have an active subscription, the plans appear. You can also open View plans in Settings.
How do I restore, manage or cancel a subscription?
Settings → Restore purchases connects an existing subscription on this device. To change or cancel, use Settings → Manage subscription, or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period stays active. Refunds are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
On Android, use Settings → Manage in Google Play, or Google Play subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. Closed Android Alpha uses license-test purchases; real purchases are not intended for this test.
How long does a song take?
Lyrics usually take under a minute. Music can take several minutes. You can leave the screen or the app; the song keeps generating and appears in Listen when it is ready. If the app shows Check this creation, tap it to fetch the result.
My creation seems stuck.
Make sure the device is online, then open the scenario and tap Check this creation. If a result cannot be confirmed for a long time, contact us with the app version and the approximate time — do not start the same song again and again; a confirmed technical failure is not deducted from your allowance.
The music service could not accept my lyrics.
The service may decline lyrics because of references to well-known people, copyright concerns or other content restrictions. It does not always identify the exact reason. Your saved lyrics remain available. Choose Rewrite automatically to review and confirm a new AI lyric version, or Edit manually to change the saved text yourself. A confirmed automatic rewrite uses one AI lyric version and does not start a new song automatically. Check the rewritten lyrics before creating music again; acceptance is not guaranteed.
The music service is unavailable, or the result is unknown.
A service outage does not mean your lyrics need rewriting. If the app cannot confirm a song's status, use Check status for that existing creation before trying to create another song. The app does not automatically repeat a generation with an unknown result.
Why were my words changed?
The app keeps your names and details but adapts wording into singable lines. Anything it changed or left out is listed under Details adjusted in this version. You can edit every line by hand before creating the music, or ask for another version with Regenerate lyrics.
Which languages and styles are available?
Songs can be in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian, German, Japanese, Korean or Hindi, independently of the language you tell your story in. Styles: Pop, R&B, Hip-hop, House, Rock, Reggaeton, Brazilian Funk, Country, Afrobeats, K-pop, Reggae and Indie. The interface is available in the same ten languages, with English as the fallback and a separate language setting for songs.
Does the app clone my voice?
No. Voice notes are only transcribed so the story can become lyrics. The vocals are AI-generated and do not imitate you or any specific artist.
Where are my songs stored? Are they backed up?
Your saved library and local copies of recordings and photos are on your device. Stories, voice notes and lyrics needed for generation are temporarily processed by our servers and Google as described in the Privacy Policy; cover photos are not uploaded. Completed songs, lyrics, covers and library order are eligible for standard Apple or Android device backup according to your operating system and device settings. Source recordings, story drafts and pending requests are excluded; there is no separate song sync account. Use Share song to save a copy to Files or another app.
How do I delete my data?
Delete one song from its menu in Listen. To remove everything, open Settings → Delete all content: this deletes stories, recordings, photos, lyrics and songs from the device and queues deletion of any pending server job. See the Privacy Policy for what our servers keep and for how long.
Microphone access
Recording needs microphone permission. If you declined it, enable it in iOS Settings → Rhyme Rhino or Android Settings → Apps → Rhyme Rhino → Permissions, or import an existing audio file (M4A, MP3, WAV, OGG, WebM or AAC, up to 8 MB and 2 minutes).
